After seller being called as 1^st
Party.

And

called as 2^nd Party.

Whereas the seller mentioned is the absolute Owner
of the Plot of land Measuring _________ mtr X ___________mtr =_________________sqm Area Located at
Kolma Doimukh and is hereby being allotted to the purchaser.

This sale has been made on
agreement of the following terms & conditions:

1.That the
cost of land possesses by the seller as mentioned above is being fixed at the lumpsum cost of Rs

2. That in
consideration the Purchaser (2^nd Party) do hereby paid the said
amount only to the seller (1^st Party).

3. And the
seller do hereby acknowledge the receipt of the said amount on being paid by

the seller (1^st party) do hereby convey transfer adding the said

forever.

AGREEMENT

side, which expression shall mean and includes her heirs, administrator,
representative, executors and assigns.

party) on the other side, which expression shall mean and includes his heirs, administrator,

And whereas the 1^st Party has aggress to

NOW THIS
DEED OF AGREEMENT AS FOLLOWS:-

1. That the 1^st
party hereby sells and conveys to transfer entirely the said plot and rights. Whatsoever
standing on or belongings to said land which is truly described in the Schedule
belong to the purchaser and hereby acknowledges receipt of cost valued land,
cash amount paid by the 2^nd party and seller has also acknowledged
the receipt which is in the memorandum of compensation appended hereto.

2. That the 1^st party hereby confirmed
that the plot of land, hereto rights, and privileges connected therewith sold
and absolutely conveyed to them, the 2^nd party claim as to ownership of
the land and rest upon fully competent authority, forthwith, I shall be not
claiming as the owner of the said plot of land henceforth.

3. That, if
the said plot of land measuring ……………… Sq. mtr is owned by someone third party
in due course of time than 1^st
party shall be likely to summon for want of clarification Arises. . If any disputes.
Now with the execution of this
conveyance the 2^nd party becomes the full authority to absolute
owner of the said plot of land and also fully described in the schedule
herein below are the 2^nd party his/theirs heirs, administrator or
assigned shall hold possession thereby enjoying fully as ownership of the land
and in her domestic utilization.
